Timing

Most focused business websites are scheduled for roughly 3–6 weeks. Content readiness, integrations, project size, and review speed can change that. The actual schedule appears in the proposal.

Common questions

Terms before tactics.

Why does the one-time project price say “from”?

A small brochure site and a larger site with extensive content or integrations are different jobs. The starting figure is the current minimum, while the proposal states the actual fixed scope and price.

What happens at the end of a managed term?

Ownership transfers after the stated 12- or 36-month term. You can then choose a lighter care arrangement, request work as needed, move hosting, or manage the site independently, subject to the agreement.

What does “updates included” mean?

Routine content changes and maintenance are included within the boundaries stated in the agreement. New pages, major features, rebranding, and substantial new functionality are scoped separately.

Can you care for a site you did not build?

Often. We first review the platform, access, code quality, and current risks. Care begins only when the existing foundation can be supported responsibly.
